My planner friends, welcome to the 2027 collection of Sprouted Planner. In short, it’s a streamlined set of planners, accessories, and covers. In total, it’s a smaller set of covers and products than previous years. 

Like the 2026 collection, I wanted this to truly be a collection of products that all belong together - both in looks and in function. 

As usual, I worked with my ride or die designer from the start - Karla Pámanes. She has been my graphic designer since the inception of Sprouted Planner in 2020. She is responsible for all the pretty in Sprouted Planner: 

• all things brand (logo, colors, font), 

• product color pallet, 

• tab colors, and of course: 

• cover art, end pages (AKA inside planner pages), and carrying that art work across the collection. 

I always say that Karla is the color to my grayscale. I design anything that’s on the actual paper (which is always in greyscale), and Karla makes the outsides pretty. We’re a pretty good team in that way! 

This year, we scaled back the covers from five options to 4. There’s a whole host of reasons I did this, but the main one being that it’s more manageable. I talk about the cost of every product and/or variable inthis YouTube video. Essentially, more cover options = more cost, more time, more managing. 

Enough preamble, let’s get into it. 

Here are the 4 beautiful and complementary covers:

Without further ado, allow me to introduce you to the 2027 Sprouted Planner collection. 

I’ll give you a high-level overview of what’s in the collection, and then we’ll dive deeper into the details afterward.

Technically, there’s a 5th “planner,” which is the 2027 Giant Wall Calendar printable. 

 A new but not new addition are the Reflection Booklets, now sold separately.

Planner Deep Dive

Let’s dive a little deeper into the planners. Each planner will also get their own dedicated blog 🫶🏻

There are three (3) signature planners: Daily, Weekly, and Hourly. These planners are hard cover and have the full Sprouted System in them: robust prep pages in the front for intention setting, monthly spreads, weekly spreads (and the Daily Planner has, well, daily pages!), and reflection questions.

The Monthly Planner is not considered “signature” because it is much smaller and bare-boned. It’s highly functional with its flexible cover, some pages in the front (like year at a glance calendars, trackers, and note pages), and only has the monthly calendar spreads with notes pages in between the months.

The Daily Sprouted Planner

The daily planners are for those who love a fresh start every day. 

Every day has its own planning page (Saturday and Sunday too), along with a weekly dashboard ahead of each week so you can plan your week and your days. 

These planners come in a pair of two (is that redundant? “Pair” and “two”), with January - June in one planner, and July - December in the second planner. They are sold as a pair, and you get to choose your cover options. 

The Weekly Sprouted Planner

The weekly planners are for those whose mind plans in weeks. 

If you’re new to planning, this is the planner I suggest getting to start. Each week has a two-page spread. On the left is your weekly schedule (horizontal style), and on the right is dashboard style with to-do boxes, grid space, blank space, and dot grid. 

These planners have the full year in one book and have a ton of note pages in the back. 

The Hourly Sprouted Planner

The Hourly planners are for those who love to see the big picture of their time. 

This planner is like your Google calendar in week view, but better. It’s better because you get to be off your screen to plan, AND it has space for to-dos, a daily header, and daily space for tasks or whatever you want there. 

This planner is great for people who love to track their time, time block, or see their schedule across the whole week.

What’s also unique about this one is that it’s case-bound (like a book). There is no coil to get in the way. The pages lay completely flat. It’s also bigger than the Daily & Weekly planners. This one is standard B5 size, which is 6.9 x 9.8 inches. 

Like the Weekly, these planners have the full year in one book and have a ton of note pages in the back. 

The Monthly Sprouted Planner

One of these planners is not like the others (spoiler: it’s this one). This little planner is our most compact planner, and is perfect for those that like to plan the big picture. Or maybe needs a specialty planner to map out their months. 

This small but mighty girl is 6x8 inches, and is sewn bound. It features some beginning pages, but mostly consists of the monthly calendar spreads, with 2 notes pages in between each month. 

I love using this planner to plan my marketing content. 

The Poster Wall Calendar Printable 

See your entire year in one glance. It’s the ultimate year-at-a-glance calendar, except you print it to be HUGE.

Your purchase of this printable comes with 6 different layouts for you to choose from. After deciding which one (or multiple!) is perfect, have it printed at your local office store (OfficeDepot, UPS Store, etc.) in Blue Print size. You can either have it laminated, or you can pop it into a poster frame. 

Use wet erase markers to map out your year ahead. I LOVE the ritual of doing this every year. 

Reflection Booklets

A quick back story of these puppies. Reflections used to only be in the signature planners for years. In 2026, I moved reflections into their own booklet and included them with your planner purchase. After feedback and logistical nightmares, they are now their own stand alone product (with a small amount of reflections added back into the planners). 

These Reflection Booklets also got an upgrade. They now have quarterly reflection questions + a quarterly dashboard (for projects, goals, intentions, tracking, whatevs). The monthly reflection questions also got a facelift, and the yearly reflection expanded. 

These can absolutely stand their own or can happily be paired with your Sprouted Planner (or any other planner you use). 

Accessories Deep Dive

We’ve covered the planners; now let’s look at the accessories that complement the planners. The supporting cast, if you will. 

Mini Bookmarks

These are beloved for a reason. These mini bookmarks come in a pack of four, with the 4 designs from the covers. At 1x3 inches, they easily snap in and out of your coil bound planners (Daily & Weekly), and they also fit in the Small Notebooks! 

Use these to save any spot in your planner (or notebook that would be helpful). In my Daily Planner, I use it to mark my weekly dashboard, and then I flip to my day from there. I love switching these out depending on my mood or month or season. 

Magnetic Bookmarks

More page marking goodness here. These magnetic bookmarks also come in a pack of four, with the 4 cover designs. The bottom of these bookmarks have 2-different shape options: rounded or flagged. How fun is that?! They stand small at 1 x 1.5 inches.

These work beautifully in any of the planners (especially the Hourly and Monthly), or in any of the notebooks (Mini or Small). 

Notebooks

There are 2 notebook sizes: Small and Mini. Both are beloved and both are super portable. You can’t go wrong with either one (or both or all).

Small Notebooks

These little ladies are A5 size (the paper is) spiral-bound notebooks. It’s the same spiral as the planners, so any of the snap-in accessories work in this notebook, too!

The cover is laminated and comes in two different design options: Morning Bloom and Sunset Stripes. The inside of the cover is a solid color, so you could use a wet-erase marker on it. For what? No idea, but it’s an option! 

The paper is the same dreamy 80# paper as the planners, with a header box and a margin bar that could double as a checkmark spot. 

It also features a double-sided pocket in the back for any loose papers or stickers. Or whatever you use pockets for. 

Mini Notebooks

Who can resist a mini notebook? Especially one that’s ultra portable at 5x7 inches, has dot grid on the 80# pages (5mm, of course), and sewn-bound (which makes it super sturdy AND is such a nice looking touch). 

Throw these in your purse for notes, give them as gifts, style them with your planner, whatever works! 

They come in all 4 cover designs too, so you can have a mini-me to your planner. 

More Accessories

That concludes the official 2027 Collection. HOWEVER, we still have a bunch of loved accessories. They simply haven’t changed from the previous year(s), so they aren’t considered part of the “new collection.” They are no less worthy of being featured, though: 

Monthly Tabs

The Hourly Planner is purposely built ultra-minimal, so there are no monthly tabs. 

If you love having tabs for your month, then these are the way to go! They come in the Sprouted Planner tab colors, with extra tabs for any other spots you’d like easy access to.  You can have them stick out, or put them in flush with the page to keep it minimal. You could also use these in a notebook-turned-planner. 

Monthly Protective Plastic Cover 

This one is specifically for the Monthly Sprouted Planner. If you love hauling your monthly around, this is the perfect way to keep the cover safe from tearing. As a bonus, it creates a little pocket on the inside to store receipts, invites, etc. 

Snap-in Dashboard

There’s just something about snap-ins that make my heart happy. This dashboard is no exception. At 3.5 x 7.5, this colorful dashboard snaps into any of your coil products beautifully (planners and notebooks). The front has horizontal boxes for each day of the week (Monday - Sunday), each in their own color. The back is lined, with a margin bar that can act as a spot to check off. 

Notepads and Sticky Notes

The Notepads and Sticky Notes are more stand-alone accessories. They can absolutely hold their own BUT they also pair so stinkin’ nicely with your planner, too. 

Notepads

One of the favorite Sprouted Planner accessories! These notepads are dreamy. The pads of 70# paper sit on a light-grey fabric-wrapped board that wraps around the front to secure it in place. Oh, and the sheets are double sided for double your value!

These look so nice sitting on your desk. They also make fantastic gifts for any teacher or paper loving friend in your life. 

Sticky Notepads

Last but absolutely not least, our sticky notepads. Another fan favorite. These notepads are 3M Post-it Brand, so their sticky is the best of the best. 

Each pad is 50 sheets of paper, with 4 different design options to choose from:

Even though they are all different sizes, they fit perfectly inside your planner, and can be moved around to wherever you need them.
