There are four (4) different planners: 3 Signature Planners (Daily, Weekly, Hourly), and the Monthly Planner.

The daily layout offers one day per page (Saturday and Sunday share a page), with an hourly schedule (5am-10pm).

The weekly layout offers one week per spread, which entails 7 boxes (Monday - Sunday) on the left-hand page and to-dos + blank space on the right-hand page.

Both styles measure around 7x9 inches and are spiral bound.

The Hourly layout is the love child of the daily and the weekly. Like your Google calendar in week view, the hourly layout offers a vertical weekly schedule with hourly time slots (6am - 8pm). It is in a book bound format and measures 6.9 x 9.8 inches (B5).

The Monthly Planner is a 6x8 inch sewn little planner with a sturdy yet flexible cover. It features the monthly calendars with 2 lined pages in between each month. The front has some tracking/big picture pages as well.

No bleeding here. We use 80lb (120gsm) thick, white paper. It has the goldilocks of tooth - not too much, not too little - just right!

There sure are. Technically, they are lined pages to help with those pesky slanting sentences and uneven lists. Or is that just me? Either way, there are pages in the back of each planner. You can find out the exact number in the planner description on the shop page.

There's also 4 pages (2 spreads) before the January monthly spread, along with 2-lined pages after each monthly spread.

Dated products are not restocked until the next launch. Undated accessories may be restocked in between launches. You can always email for exact information at hello@sproutedplanner.com

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to make any changes to your order once its submitted (like cover changes, adding something to your order, combining orders, address change, etc.).

While this was much easier to do when Heather was solely fulfilling orders from her house, now we use a fulfillment center to pack and ship our orders. This makes changing anything about an order much more complicated, time-consuming, and leaves too much room for error. I'll save you the novel of why but please trust my heart on this!

In most circumstances, orders are packed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipment notification once I purchase the shipping label. Please allow 1 business day for tracking information to be updated (AKA, dropped-off and processed at the shipping service). Typical shipping services take 3-5 days for delivery.

During launch, please allow up to 2 weeks for your planner to be processed and dropped off at the shipping service.

Let's be honest, shipping costs a pretty penny (and rising). Currently, Sprouted Planner has a flat-rate shipping fee to avoid surprise costs (continental US only). Cost is $9 or $4, depending on the package size and weight.

Shipping fees are not refundable for shipments that are undeliverable or refused. The moral of the story - be sure to double-check your address upon check-out.

Taxes are currently only collected in Minnesota, until I reach each state's tax threshold. 

If this happens to you, don't panic. Take a deep breath. Most times, it'll get to you.

Sometimes there is a lag between the notification and the actual delivery (annoying, I know).

So, here's what I want you to do:

1. Wait 1-2 full days to let the delivery catch up with the notice. This also should be enough time for your neighbor to get it back to you IF it accidentally got delivered to them instead.
   
2. If still no package, please contact the delivery service yourself. You know your home, town, area, and situation best. There's not much I can do from my end.
   
3. If you've done #1 and #2 above, and still remain unsuccessful, please reach out to me at hello@sproutedplanner.com

Don't despair! Despite some rock-solid packaging techniques, shipping damage happens sometimes. So do manufacturing accidents that may not be caught. If your product is damaged, send an email to hello@sproutedplanner.com with pictures of the damage (including the shipping box, if applicable).

Yes! Although it is crazy expensive for my international friends. Rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products and boxes. These rates are calculated directly through the shipping service and therefore (unfortunately) I cannot make it hurt any less.

International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees once the order reaches the destination country.
